nkt architecture began on its journey in 1991 when Nicolas Tedesco, a draftsperson, followed his passion for architecture. Nic embarked on a journey to become a qualified architect. He graduated from the University of Sydney in 1998 and in 2000 completed his registration with the Royal Australian Institute of Architects. From 2001 to 2003 Nic operated as a sole trader.

nkt architecture Pty Ltd was established in 2003 when Nic was joined by Kim Eagleton. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture and Diploma in Education. Together they have grown the business to what it is today.

nkt architecture is an architectural firm of integrity, bringing quality architecture to the greater Sydney region. At nkt architecture we believe good design has the ability to add value to people’s daily lives, and contributes to community, neighborhoods, and the local built environment generally.

Now with over 30 years experience in the construction industry, nkt architecture have the ability to take on any architecture project.

Nic completed his Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Sydney and has had more than 30 years experience in the construction industry including working with other well recognised Sydney based architectural firms.  His experience spans across vast aspects of architecture and is able to offer a range of Architect Services ranging from alterations & additions, renovations, new home designs, dual occupancies, multi-residential (low & high rise) commercial, industrial & educational projects.

Nic possesses a passion for architecture and this is reflective in the detail and time he puts into developing the ideas and brief, helping make them a reality.

He believes quality enduring architecture should enhance peoples lives.  Architecture should be based on a single fundamental idea permeating through the project.

Nic believes that the success of any project relies on the synergy between the architect, client and end user and the ability to work together to synergise ideas and ultimately bring together a mutually successful project.

As part of a small boutique architectural firm you will deal with Nic on all aspects of your project.

Kim Eagleton B.SC (Arch), B.Arch, Dip.Ed

Architectural Technician

Kim completed her Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Sydney and has more than 15 years experience in the design and development of projects covering a broad range of market sectors.  Kim specialises in residential architecture, retail and community projects and has experience in a variety of commercial and interior fit-out projects.

Kim is both an accomplished artist and education and is highly attuned and sensitive to design issues and their complexities.  Her skills in listening and developing an understanding of client needs combined with her attention to detail ensure the design achieves a comprehensive response to the constraints and opportunities presented by a project brief.

With skills in researching technologies and materials as well as working with the various consultant disciplines are critical aspects of her role that ensure the best results are achieved on any project.

Kim’s skills in project planning combine with her other strengths to ensure delivery of high quality design and documentation.
