New Build Bella Vista – Award Winning Residential Design

The Bella Vista house is a geometrical marvel with a square frontage that opens out to the rear of the property in a circular form.

This residence was a new build, with a sculptural radial stair to the foyer vestibule, and a circular skylight above.

The rear of the residence radiates outwards to the external living areas from a large, centrally-located kitchen.
