Killara Residence – 5 Storey Heritage Listed Development

This project involved extensive alterations and additions to an existing heritage-listed residence in Killara.

Set on the edge of a very steep site, the building lacked connection to the large rear yard and swimming pool.

The additions included a new basement level, cut within the rock underneath the existing residence and an internal connection to the swimming pool terrace, and new living spaces connecting to the outside.
